In the second path as we already said the key materials are fats, which are also called as
triglycerides, mean fatty acid esters of glycerol, a kind of compounds of fatty acids and
glycerol, so first these fats are split into fatty acids and glycerol in the body and then
these fatty acids are converted to a kind of molecules which are basically ketones in
chemical function, that's why this word keto, ketosis, ketogenesis is picked-up by 
doctors, who invented this whole path.,(3)

What these ketones do?

So, these ketones produced by the body, are very distinct biomolecules, and they start
acting as an alternative fuel source, then from blood sugar which the body was using
up to now, because sugar supply is in short and the body start switching to this new fuel
the source called ketones which comes from fats, now these ketones start serving in all parts
of the body and more so in the brain.
